A public affairs professional who works with a variety of clients in the telecommunications and technology space to help tell their stories in a way anyone can understand.

I co-founded a public affairs firm called Raynor Ave. in October 2020 after working for a decade at firms large and small helping my clients translate complex public policy initiatives into winning campaigns.

My clients have included political candidates and nonprofits and startups and Fortune 500 companies. I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves and tackle regulatory issues before Congress or agencies like the Federal Communications Commission or the National Telecommunications and Information Administration.

I’ve worked on a range of spectrum issues, music licensing, broadcast license disputes, a federal nomination, broadband affordability, and I’ve picked fights with the world’s richest man.
